§ 2-97. False statements.

  • No person shall obtain a permit or aid in the obtaining of a permit by making a false statement. In addition to the applicable penalties below, any person obtaining a permit or aiding in the obtaining of a permit by making a false statement shall have any right and privilege to obtain a permit suspended for an additional two (2) years, and all permits obtained by the making of such false statements shall be void and shall be surrendered to the Commission. No permit application fees shall be returned.
