§ 2-39. Separate committee for each project.

Notwithstanding any provision of any special act to the contrary, the construction of each new school building and appurtenant facilities, and each addition to and alteration of any existing school building and appurtenant facilities shall, when such project involves an application for State aid, be under the supervision of a School Building Committee appointed for each separate and specific project.
