§ 2-22. Powers of Agency; quorum.

(a)

The Inland Wetland and Water Courses Agency shall have all the powers and responsibilities authorized under. The Inland Wetlands and Water Courses Act (Public Act No. 155, 1972 Session of the General Assembly, as amended by Public Act No. 73-571, 1973 Session) as the same may be amended hereafter.

(b)

Four (4) members of the Inland Wetland and Water Courses Agency shall constitute a quorum.
