§ 2-23. Appropriations.

All authority of the Inland Wetland and Water Courses Agency and its officers shall be subject to all the provisions of the special acts relating to the Town concerning appropriations for the requisitions by departments of the Town. Solely for the purposes of this Section such Agency shall be deemed to be in the same department as the Conservation Commission for the remainder of the fiscal year 1973-74.
