§ 2-26. Meetings; time; place.

(a)

Regular meetings called by the Chairman or Acting Chairman of the Board, shall be held on the third Wednesday of each month at 8:00 P.M. at the Town Hall Meeting Room, or at such other time or place as the Chairman or Acting Chairman of the Board may from time to time determine.

(b)

Special meetings may be called by the Chairman or Acting Chairman on such notice as he shall determine.

(c)

Whenever there shall be no business to be transacted at a regular meeting, the Chairman or Acting Chairman shall cancel such meeting.
