§ 2-28. Hearing notice; content.

(a)

The public notice of hearing shall state:

(1)

The name of the appellant.

(2)

The location of the building or property by street and zone.

(3)

The general nature of the relief requested.

(b)

The notice shall be given in the following manner. Notice of the time and place of such hearing shall be published in a newspaper having a substantial circulation in such municipality at least twice at intervals of not less than two (2) days, the first not more than fifteen (15) days nor less than ten (10) days and the last not less than two (2) days before the hearing. The Board shall decide such appeal within sixty (60) days after the hearing.
