§ 2-34. Amendments; conflicts.

(a)

This Article and the rules contained herein may be waived, amended or revoked by the Board at any meeting.

(b)

Whenever this Article or the rules contained herein are or may become inconsistent with the General Statutes relating to zoning and the Building Zone Regulations of the town, such laws and ordinances shall govern.
