  • (a)

    A progress report shall be filed by the Committee with the Clerk on or before the expiration of each successive period of three (3) months after the first meeting of the Committee. The Clerk shall distribute copies of the report to each member of the Representative Town Meeting and of the Board of Education.

    (b)

    Upon completion of the project the Committee shall file with the Clerk and with the Board of Education a final report which shall include an itemized statement of all cash disbursements and a comparison between original cost estimates and actual disbursements by major categories, including architect's fees, site improvement, building construction and equipment.
